Ashtanga / Vinyasa courses : first year 300 hrs ( Emek Hefer) second year completion for 500 hrs (Tel Aviv) including Ashtanga Yoga studies, Vinyasa, anatomy, Ayurveda, touch, philosophy and finally building dynamic Vinyasa sequences that combine tools from different worlds of movement.
Teaching is based on the sharing of knowledge resulting from many years of personal experience and research.
During our studies, we will explore the different branches of yoga together, dive into the practice and philosophy with the aim of sanctifying learning as a way of life.
The course focuses on practice and significant personal development as a person and teacher, within an active school “Shala Yoga” – a space for yoga as a spiritual ritual.
The program is suitable for those who want to work with energy in an in-depth way, and to introduce the Tantra Yoga practices into everyday life, along with the Tantric point of view combined with yogic knowledge.
