The Israel Yoga Festival returns for the 2nd time to Kfar Ha’Nokdim
and for the 8# time overall!
Over the last 7 years, the Israel Yoga Festival has grown, developed, and become a long and glorious tradition, establishing itself as the largest, most comprehensive, professional, and central yoga festival, conference, and event in Israel.
An annual tradition that brings together the heart of the yoga community in Israel, with over 1,200 practitioners gathering for 2 nights and 3 days.
More than 60 of the best and leading yoga teachers in Israel will gather and teach in over 10 venues in different styles and streams, with over 100 different classes, workshops, and lectures, offering a rare opportunity for learning and experience in one place.
Yoga is the heart, but our festival offers much more than yoga. Live music, dance, performances, and central ceremonies, alongside additional complementary content, accompany us throughout the three days. It’s a time of togetherness in the heart of the desert, in a huge and breathtakingly beautiful desert village with a relaxed yet vibrant atmosphere.
Between September 26-28/2024, we gather again in Kfar Ha’okdim, an hour and a half drive from central Israel. The yoga community assembles with all its different streams, creating a world and reality centered around yoga.
An incredible energy is created, a transformative and inspiring space, a time of transcendence and break from routine within a gentle, meditative, magical, and special world revolving entirely around yoga, awareness, friendship, music, learning, unity, and inspiration.
A rare opportunity that occurs once a year. Come and be there when it happens.
A few words about the transition to Kfar Hanokdim
Kfar Hanokdim is an international village in the desert, vast, spacious and uniquely designed. There is genuinely nothing like it in Israel or in the world. It is a real oasis and it’s offering the perfect conditions for our festival- a big variety of large and inspiring practicing areas, and more comfortable, adequate and pampering accommodation options. The village is very professionally maintained and it is clear that every corner and detail there had been thought of.
We love the connection between Yoga and the desert and in Kfar Hanokdim we also gain the mental and practical separation from daily life, given the fact that it has no cellular reception in most areas, which helps us to go even further and deeper into the journey.
Weather and timing also had a place in this decision. The festival will take place in fall time and in holidays time, just before Rosh Hashana, with the beginning of the new year and the special tuning in that this time of the year offers.
