Dharma III (Intermediate) | Assistant Tal Aronas
This intermediate practice builds on the teachings of Dharma II including balancing, back bending, twisting and inversion variations which increase in difficulty. Special meditative headstand and shoulderstand practices are introduced. We conclude with deep relaxation, advanced breathing exercises and concentration-meditation to bring a sense of calm, balance and invigorated energy.
